1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MultiLinkQR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

MultiLinkQR is a free, web-based QR code generator that allows users to create both single-link and multi-link QR codes. The Service:

• Processes data entirely in the user's browser (client-side)
• Encodes user-provided links and settings into generated URLs
• Generates QR code images that can be downloaded or shared
• Does not require user registration or account creation
• Does not store user data in central databases

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Content of Links: You are responsible for all links, labels, titles, and content you include in your QR codes. You must ensure that all links comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
• Prohibited Content: You must not use MultiLinkQR to generate QR codes that link to:
• Illegal content, including but not limited to content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory content
• Malicious software, viruses, or phishing websites
• Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities
• Misleading or fraudulent content
• Adult content that violates applicable laws or platform policies
• Content that violates the privacy rights of others
• QR Code Distribution: You are responsible for how you distribute, share, or use the QR codes you generate. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of your QR codes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MultiLinkQR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service, including:

• The links you include in your QR codes
• The labels, titles, and customizations you add
• The QR code images you generate and download

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the Service's interface and functionality. This license does not extend to your content or the QR codes you generate.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any illegal purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To collect or track the personal information of others
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including for violation of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. MULTILINKQR AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE.

You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MULTILINKQR, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MULTILINKQR BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MULTILINKQR ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT; (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICE; (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE; (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY; AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MultiLinkQR and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; (b) a breach of these Terms; or (c) Content posted on the Service.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MultiLinkQR. MultiLinkQR has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You further acknowledge and agree that MultiLinkQR shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit or link to through your QR codes.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your use of the Service, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MultiLinkQR operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
