We want you to be completely satisfied with MultiLinkQR. If you purchase any paid subscription plan (Starter, Pro, or Business) and decide it's not the right fit for your business, you can request a 100% full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase.
No complicated hoops, no pro-rated deductions. If you're within the first 14 days, you receive a complete refund.
Your Codes Keep Working
In accordance with our Never-Die Promise, requesting a refund will never deactivate or break your printed QR codes.
Your account simply returns to our free tier. All previously generated dynamic codes continue redirecting visitors to their last saved destination link.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply send an email to our support team:
Please send the request from the email address associated with your MultiLinkQR account and mention your invoice or transaction number.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately by our billing provider. Depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or UPI payment provider, the funds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
Subsequent Renewals & Cancellations
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time with one click from your Billing settings. When canceled, your subscription remains active until the end of your prepaid billing period and will not renew.
We send email notification reminders 7 days prior to any annual renewal charge so you always have ample time to make adjustments.
