By accessing or using MultiLinkQR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of or access to the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

MultiLinkQR is a web-based QR code generator that allows users to create both single-link and multi-link QR codes. The free Service:

• Processes data entirely in the user's browser (client-side)
• Encodes user-provided links and settings into generated URLs
• Generates QR code images that can be downloaded or shared
• Does not require user registration or account creation for the free tier
• Does not store user link data in central databases for free codes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for all links, labels, titles, and content you include in your QR codes. You agree not to use the Service to generate QR codes that link to:

• Illegal content or materials violating copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory content
• Malicious software, viruses, phishing, or credential harvesting websites
• Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities
• Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent materials

We reserve the right to block or flag landing pages reported for malicious activity, phishing, or abuse.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original design, features, and code are owned by MultiLinkQR and protected by international intellectual property laws.

QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MultiLinkQR, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

6. Our Never-Die Promise

We promise that your printed QR codes will never be held hostage. If you cancel your subscription or if a payment fails, your existing QR codes will continue redirecting visitors to their last active destination link indefinitely.

You only lose dynamic editing and advanced analytics capabilities until you choose to resubscribe. We never delete or deactivate your printed codes due to plan expiration.

7. Billing, Renewals and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your billing dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

For annual plans, we provide an email reminder 7 days before your renewal date. We offer a 14-day full refund guarantee for first-time purchases as outlined in our Refund Policy.
